Robert Hohlfelder
Since I was a child I have always had an interest in building things. LEGOs and wooden blocks gave me the ability to experiment with construction. Majoring in construction engineering at Central Connecticut State University gave me the foundation to pursue a career in homebuilding.
Every day I combine my skills and knowledge of construction with creativity and personalized design to create a place for families to live and enjoy life.
I build homes for others with the attention to detail and functionality that I would desire and create in my own home.
Paint, trim, fixtures, tile, and flooring are the finishing touches to sturdy and quality framing and construction.
I look forward to being part of your plan to create the home of your dreams for your future.
What's in a Name?
When you love what you do, you want a business name that reflects the passion you have for what you do. For me, there was no question as to the name that encompasses the quality craftsmanship I strive for with each build.
Mount Kineo. Located in Maine's northern woods, Mount Kineo is a geographical utopia featuring large cliffs rising from the eastern shore of Moosehead Lake. The views alone a sight to behold.
When I first visited Mount Kineo, I was taken aback by the grand style and old-fashion craftsmanship of the Kineo Cottage Row Historic District. Today, I look to replicate the feelings of elation and pride I felt during my first trip for every one of my clients. At Mt. Kineo Builders, we strive to build you more than just a house but the home of your dreams.
